Ensure the Xero bank accounts you are syncing your Currencies Direct balances to have not been removed or renamed in Xero.

Make sure your Currencies Direct account is still correctly connected to Xero (that it was not disconnected in Xero or in your Currencies Direct account).

Make sure the connected organization has not been removed or renamed.

Ensure the permission levels of the Xero user whose account was used to connect Currencies Direct have not changed.

Make sure your Xero account plan has not changed.
