If you're experiencing issues with syncing or your connection with Xero, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:

  • Ensure the Xero bank accounts you are syncing your Currencies Direct balances to have not been removed or renamed in Xero.

  • Make sure your Currencies Direct account is still correctly connected to Xero (that it was not disconnected in Xero or in your Currencies Direct account).

  • Make sure the connected organization has not been removed or renamed.

  • Ensure the permission levels of the Xero user whose account was used to connect Currencies Direct have not changed.

  • Make sure your Xero account plan has not changed.
