I didn’t get all the money I requested from a cash machine, what do I do?

If you requested a certain sum from a cash machine but didn’t receive the whole amount, the cash machine will sometimes correct itself and return the funds to your account within 7 days. We have to allow the owners of the cash machine this 7-day period before we can take any action, but if your funds aren’t returned to you within this timeframe you can raise a claim by calling  +44 (0) 20 7847 9400 we’re here for you 24/7.
