What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Please act immediately and report your card as lost or stolen in the Currencies Direct app, or by calling +44 (0) 20 7847 9400 (we’re open 24 hours a day).

We’ll cancel your card and send a new one to the home address attached to your account, free of charge.
