Why is my physical card not working?

There are a few things worth double-checking first:

  • Please make sure you’ve activated your card in the Currencies Direct app.
  • See if your card has been ‘blocked’ for three incorrect PIN entry attempts.
    If it has, you can unblock it by calling us on +44 (0) 20 7847 9400.
    (We’re open 24 hours a day.)
