I paid Currencies Direct the wrong amount

I sent Currencies Direct too much money  

Any extra money you send us will stay safely in your wallet until you tell us what to do with it. 

I didn’t send Currencies Direct enough money  

We encourage you to send us the funds required to fulfil a contract within 24 hours of confirming your transfer. If we don’t receive the funds in that timeframe, it can delay payments being sent to your recipient account.

If we’re waiting for funds from you we’ll let you know, but if you realise youve made a payment to us but haven’t sent quite enough just arrange another payment to send us the outstanding amount as soon as you can.
