Card payments are completed in two stages.
When you make a payment, we deduct the payment amount from your available balance immediately.

- A few days later the retailer / ATM will collect the payment amount which completes the transaction.
Some retailers / ATMs take longer than others to collect the payment amount, but generally, if the amount has not been taken after fourteen days it will be returned to your account.
